Add in the Pulaski player who had to be moved out of the BC team huddle during a timeout, fans yelling to the refs "how much is Central paying you" and it wasn't a very impressive display of sportsmanship. Every game seems to have some instances of less-than-desirable behavior by someone from each school, but Pulaski seemed to take it to a level I haven't seen from any other school this year.

Tom, the students seemed fairly subdued. A lot of that may have to do with the 7-0 run by Tosa East at the end of the first quarter and after that Central was really never in the game. Best wishes to both teams in the state tournament.

Great coverage of prep sports. There is some impressive talent in the GMC scattered throughout all the high schools. Think Margaret Panter is working on granting your Xmas wish to add more points. While that is great Raider fans woudl like to see all the players add points, 2s and 3s.

I think it would be great if both Tosa schools, both Brookfield schools, both local Lutheran schools, both West Allis schools, Marquette, Pius, DSHA and Menomonee Falls were in the same conference. These kids play all kinds of sports together as kids and its a shame they don't compete more in high school. There would be many great rivalries and a lot less unnecessary travel. As for the argument that a few stronger/bigger schools would dominate, note that high school sports are very cyclical and it would just create more memorable upsets by the underdogs.

Sky, nice comments about the point situation around the area. They are the driver that runs the train. Regarding Lee Severson, I thought I'd add he's been in TWO boots since he had Endoscopic Plantar Fasciotomoy performed on BOTH feet Aug. 28 so no football. Three years of pain pills, ice, four cortisone shots didn't do it. Bad genes! Unique situation for a high school kid, no idea how feet will react after 4 months rest since doctor would like 8 months. Thanks again for your in-depth look at the talent in area.
