Obviously, the motivation to exercise is there and you go through a lot of running shoes :)

Before I can get to specifics I need to know what your goals are. When you say results, what do you mean (weight loss, muscle tone, strength, etc)? Sorry, I should have asked this in my last post.

My initial recommendation based on the information you have provided is it's highly likely you could be exercising less and getting better results! Yes, I know it sounds crazy, but I'll explain when I know about your goals.

I also have a little homework for you. Go to our web site and read an article we had in FT Magazine. This will give you a little background on what I will be suggesting regardless of your goals.

Go here: www.fitnesstogether.net/FTMAG_apr-may06.html

In good health,

An average work-out week for me would consist of:

Monday: Running (3-5 miles) or Elliptical Intervals, Abs Work out

Tuesday: Running (5-7miles) or Elliptical Intervals, Abs Work out

Wednesday: Elliptical Intervals, 10-15 mile Bike Ride, Abs Work out

Thursday: Elliptical Intervals, 2hr Soccer Practice (full field)

Friday: Running (5-7 miles) or Elliptical Intervals, 10-15 mile Bike Ride, Abs Work out

Saturday: Running (10-17 miles) or 10-15 mile Bike Ride, Abs Work out

Sunday: Running (3-5 miles), Soccer Game (Two 22 min halves)

Thankfully I enjoy all this but it is starting to get frustrating that I am not seeing any change with all of this hard work.

Thanks,

Sarah

Tell me a little more about your workouts. What are you currently doing in your workouts?

A well designed and structured workouts is literally a science. Getting your workouts in is a start, but not having a specific plan is where people run into problems. In fact, you may find you won't have to workout as often or as hard, when you have a good plan. I see people all the time working out much more often and harder than they need to. The key is working out smarter.

Give me an idea of what your workout week looks like and we can start from there.

By the way, congrats on getting in your workouts as often as you do! Lacing up the tennis shoes is the first obstacle for many, so pat yourself on the back. We'll fix the rest soon!

In good health,

I work out 5-7 days a week and I am still not seeing any results, What do you suggest that I do to start seeing results?

Thanks,
