Robin Pluer sings classics at Alverno tomorrow night

APPRECIATING MUSIC LIVE: RAISING MUSICAL STANDARDS

Can’t get enough of the old standards? Then come and enjoy an evening of live music as we continue Appreciating Music Live! Singer Robin Pluer will share standards that range from French songs to Patsy Cline to the Beatles to Tin Pan Alley classics. Alverno music faculty member, Peter Roller will accompany Pluer on guitar and serve as host. The session will also feature Big Band-era singer, Geanne Woodall with keyboard accompanist, Joel Freissinger for an evening of unforgettable music and discussion about a diverse selection of songs that have been universally loved during the past 100 years!

A cash bar will be available.
