New Year brings New Programs

Now that the holidays are over and the weather is unseasonably warm, take an hour to get your Christmas decorations in. That way when winter finally kicks in you will be able to sit back and enjoy the new programs scheduled to air on Channel 14.

This week we have several new episodes of our regulary scheduled shows. "FOCUS on Our Children" has 2 new shows examining the 2nd Chance Program at Menomonee Falls High School and the Wellness partnership with Community Memorial Hospital and SDMF.

"Village Voices" talks with Village Board President Rick Rechlicz and Trustee Randy Newman about the budget process and the garbage fee. Also on the program the Comprehensive Plan is revisited with Village Planner John Fellows.

Matt & Paul are back after their recent Christmas Special, with a special look at the new "Rocky" movie. Look for "Reel Movie Talk #4" in the program guide.

"I remember Menomonee Falls" will be back later this month with a new show on the history of the Menomonee Falls Fire Department. That is sure to be a hot topic.

Also just a reminder that sign up for the Cable Access training classes is easier than ever by visiting the Recreation Department web site and registering on line. You can register at http://www.sdmf.k12.wi.us/rec/

As always stay tuned and remind your neighbors that they can't get the best local originated programming in the state on one of those crazy wok-like satelite systems.
